Dell’s Homemade Ice Cream & Coffee (Powell, Ohio)

Dell’s Homemade Ice Cream & Coffee is a small batch homemade ice cream shop proudly brewing locally roasted Crimson Cup coffee in the Dublin/Powell area. We are looking for Ice Cream Scoopers and Shift Leaders.

Need a part-time job that fits your busy schedule? Would you enjoy a free gourmet ice cream treat every shift you work? We are looking for quality people to join our team to serve delicious homemade ice cream and coffee treats.

Responsibilities:

Team members provide excellent customer service, follow food safety procedures, and provide an excellent customer experience. Shift Leaders will open and/or close the shop and supervise the team. You are in charge of managing cash, staff training, implementing and monitoring safety procedures and looking for process efficiencies. This is a great opportunity to work in a supervisory role with a terrific team at an established local restaurant.

Job Requirements

Dell’s is in immediate need of your expertise. Dell’s is open 7 days a week so some weekend hours will be required. These positions are part-time with flexible scheduling. Compensation $8.80 to $10.00/hour. Hourly rate increases available with additional experience and/or education.
